What is the Accident Exchange Service?

The Accident Exchange is a voluntary service we provide to Safety 1^st customers who have been in a severe accident. This is an exchange program where we replace the old for the new child restraint. We replace your old child restrains with the same or the equivalent child restraint.

You may apply for the Accident Exchange Service by lodging a form from our Safety 1^st Website or alternatively emailing a copy of the Accident Exchange form to our Customer Service at mailto:customerservice@dorel.com.au.
